Kaban is Chablé Maroma’s poolside restaurant, serving cuisine inspired by Mexico’s coastal regions from the Pacific to the Riviera Maya. The breakfast menu includes pancakes, eggs, omelets, chilaquiles, enfrijoladas, and tamales, while dinner highlights shrimp ceviche, striped bass with ‘macha’ sauce, and charred clams and oysters cooked on the grill.
